Voting at general meeting

Subregulation 1

A member shall not vote by proxy at a general meeting.

Voting at a general meeting shall be by ballot.

Voting other than by ballot may be carried out with the unanimous consent of the members present at the meeting.

A motion at a general meeting of the Union shall be decided by a simple majority vote.
