Register of guides at places or points of interest
For the purposes of identifying the persons described in section 19B(2) of the Act, the owner or operator of a place or point of interest must —
(a)
maintain a register, in such form and manner as the Board may specify, of persons who are employed or engaged, or whose services are otherwise used, by the owner or operator to guide tourists at that place or point; and
(b)
issue to such persons a badge or other document indicating that the owner or operator is employing or engaging them or using their services.
