Prohibition of conveying tourists together with unlicensed tourist guides
An owner, an operator or a driver of a motor vehicle may use the motor vehicle or permit the motor vehicle to be used to convey tourists into Singapore or to a place or point of interest in Singapore only —
(a)
where there is no tourist guide on board the motor vehicle; or
(b)
where there is a tourist guide on board the motor vehicle, the tourist guide is in possession of a valid tourist guide badge.
