Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 2 July 2026.
Compoundable offences
Each of the following offences is prescribed as a compoundable offence that may be compounded in accordance with section 60 of the Act:
an offence under section 8(2)(a) of the Act;
an offence under section 52(1) of the Act.
