Enforcement of section 35(1) order

Each of the following orders may be enforced in the same manner as a judgment or an order made by a District Court:
(a)
an order made by a tribunal under section 35(1);
(b)
an order made by the Registrar under section 17(2), (5) or (7) or 20(4), read with section 35(1).
