Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) (Compoundable Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 29 July 2026.
Amendment of regulation 2
In the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2021, in regulation 2, after paragraph (a), insert —“(aa)an offence under section 8A(1) of the Act;”.
