The purposes of this Act are to regulate the operation of licensable SRHs, so as to ensure —
the safety, welfare and wellbeing of residents of the licensable SRHs; and (b)continuity of the provision of —
residential accommodation; and
care, biopsychosocial intervention or support to carry out daily activities,to residents of the licensable SRHs.
