s 9Licence validity

Every licence granted under this Part is in force for the period specified in the licence —

(a)

except when the licence is suspended under section 30(2)(b) or 32(2)(a)(i); or

(b)

unless the licence —

(i)

is surrendered under section 14;

(ii)

lapses under section 15; or

(iii)

is earlier revoked under section 15(6) or 30(1),and may be renewed upon its expiry.
