Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Social Residential Homes (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 July 2026.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Social Residential Homes (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Compoundable offences
An offence specified in the Schedule is a compoundable offence under section 47(1) of the Act.

1. Offences under the following provisions of the Act:

Section 19(5) (including a continuing offence)
Section 25(11) (including a continuing offence)
Section 26(7) (including a continuing offence)
Section 27(10) (including a continuing offence)
Section 36(6)
Section 38(4)
Section 42(4) or (5)
Section 43(3)
Section 45(1) or (2).
2. An offence under regulation 37 (including a continuing offence) of the Social
Residential Homes (General) Regulations 2026 (G.N. No. S 450/2026).
