Citation and commencement

Social Residential Homes (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2026 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation S454 2026, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2026.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Social Residential Homes (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Compoundable offences
An offence specified in the Schedule is a compoundable offence under section 47(1) of the Act.

Section 26(7) (including a continuing offence)
Section 27(10) (including a continuing offence)
Section 36(6)
Section 38(4)
Section 42(4) or (5)
Section 43(3)
Section 45(1) or (2).
2. An offence under regulation 37 (including a continuing offence) of the Social
Residential Homes (General) Regulations 2026 (G.N. No. S 450/2026).
