Amendment of Town Councils Act 1988

In the Town Councils Act 1988, in section 82(2)(a)(vi) —

(a)

after “disposal of, goods”, insert “and vehicles”;

(b)

replace “with housing estates” with “in housing estates”; and

(c)

after “title to any goods”, insert “or vehicles”.
