Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Bill

This Act is the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2026 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 October 2026.

In the Carbon Pricing Act 2018, in section 2(1), delete the definition of “Minister”.

In the Copyright Act 2021 —

in section 262, delete subsection (5); and

in section 492, delete subsection (4).

In the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore Act 2022, in section 5(1)(d)(iii), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
