19. Use of force

  “authorised officer” means —(a)an officer appointed as an authorised officer under section 4; or(b)an officer of customs within the meaning of section 3(1) of the Customs Act 1960;

  “premises” means any land, place or building, whether open or enclosed, and whether built on or not, and includes any free trade zone within the meaning of the Free Trade Zones Act 1966.(2) To avoid doubt, the provisions of this Part have effect despite the provisions of the Free Trade Zones Act 1966.
