These Regulations are the Strategic Goods (Control) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 December 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 2

In the Strategic Goods (Control) Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 2(1), replace the definition of “SG Order” with —“ “SG Order” means the Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2026 (G.N. No. S 741/2026).”.
