This Order is the Strategic Goods (Control) (Brokering) (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 December 2026.
In the Strategic Goods (Control) (Brokering) Order 2019 (G.N. No. S 534/2019), in paragraph 2, replace “Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2025 (G.N. No. S 660/2025)” with “Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2026 (G.N. No. S 741/2026)”.
