This Order is the Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 1 December 2025.
The goods and technology specified in the Schedule are strategic goods and strategic goods technology, respectively, for the purposes of the Act.
Revoke the Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2024 (G.N. No. S 641/2024).
