12A. Prescribed service for the purpose of section 6(7)

For the purpose of section 6(7), hospitality service for any event (such as an exhibition or a fair or show) that facilitates the arrangement or negotiation of a contract mentioned in section 6(1) is a prescribed service.
In paragraph (1), “hospitality service” means a service for the provision of, or for making arrangements to provide —
transport, food, drinks, accommodation or entertainment activities to a person who attends an event;
a venue for an event; or
logistical or technical support for an event.
Subregulation 1
For the purpose of section 6(7), hospitality service for any event (such as an exhibition or a fair or show) that facilitates the arrangement or negotiation of a contract mentioned in section 6(1) is a prescribed service.
