Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 July 2015.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 July 2015.
Compoundable offences
In accordance with section 243 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68), a police officer of or above the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police may compound any offence under section 14 of the Act by collecting from a person reasonably suspected of having committed the offence a sum not exceeding $500.
