Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Public Trustee (Rate of Interest under Section 12(1)) Notification 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2004.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Public Trustee (Rate of Interest under Section 12(1)) Notification 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2004.
Appointment of rate of interest
For the purpose of section 12(1) of the Act, the rate of interest payable to the respective estates the moneys of which form part of the common fund shall be 3.75% per annum for the year 2004.
