Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
This Notification is the Prisons (Declaration of Reformative Training Centres) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 1 July 2018.
Declaration of reformative training centres
The Minister declares the places set out in the Schedule to be reformative training centres for the purposes of the Act for the detention of persons sentenced to reformative training.
Cancellation
The following Notifications are cancelled:
the Notification relating to Declaration of Changi Women’s Prison as Reformative Training Centre (G.N. No. S 256/2002);
the Prisons (Declaration of Reformative Training Centres) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 9/2004);
the Prisons (Declaration of Reformative Training Centres) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 263/2009);
the Prisons (Declaration of Reformative Training Centre) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 333/2011).
