Every lock-up prisoner shall be provided with food —
(a)
that, in terms of nutritional value, is adequate for basic health; and
(b)
that is in accordance with the types of food approved by the Commissioner, in consultation with a dietician, to be provided to lock-up prisoners.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of this regulation, “food” includes drink.
