Trade Unions (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2026 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation TUA-S52-2026 1940, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1940.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Trade Unions (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 30 January 2026.
Compoundable offences
An offence under section 51(10), 53(7), 57 or 58(1) of the Act may be compounded by the Registrar in accordance with section 59(2) of the Act.
