Citation
This Notification may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption of Royalties and Other Payments for Economic and Technological Development) Notification.
Exemption
The withholding tax on the royalties payable by the Public Utilities Board to Power Technologies Inc, USA, under the Contract No. PUB PE 39030-000 shall be at a reduced rate of 10%.
