No. S 10/1982REVISED EDITION 1990(25th March 1992)[15th January 1982]It is hereby notified for general information that the Government of the Republic of Singapore and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden have agreed to extend for a further period of five years the application of paragraphs 5 and 6 of Article XIX of the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Singapore and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and Capital signed on 17th June 1968, to cover income derived during the period from 1st January 1981 to 31st December 1985.The exchange of notes between the competent authorities of the two Governments constituting the agreement for the extension is set out in the Schedule to this Order.[G.N. No. S 10/82]
