Exemption
Subregulation 1
GE Pacific Pte Ltd is hereby granted exemption from tax on the dividends received in Singapore from —
(a)
GE Pacific (Mauritius) Ltd, a company located in Mauritius, on 15th May 2008, 9th October 2008, 13th October 2009, and on or after 14th February 2013;
(b)
New China Control Systems Ltd, a company located in the British Virgin Islands, on or after 14th February 2013; and
(c)
Hydril India JV LLC, a company located in the United States, on or after 14th February 2013.
Subregulation 2
The exemption under sub‑paragraph (1) is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 14th February 2013 addressed to GE Pacific Pte Ltd.
