Exemption for Hutchison Port Holdings Management Pte. Limited
Subregulation 1
Hutchison Port Holdings Management Pte. Limited (as the trustee-manager of Hutchinson Port Holdings Trust) is hereby granted exemption from tax on the dividends received in Singapore on or after 25th February 2011 from HPHT Limited located in Hong Kong.
Subregulation 2
The exemption under sub-paragraph (1) is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 9th February 2011 addressed to the tax agent of Hutchison Port Holdings Management Pte. Limited (as the trustee-manager of Hutchison Port Holdings Trust).
