Citation

This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 7) Order 1997.

Chang Hwa Commercial Bank Ltd is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act, with effect from 16th October 1997.
