Cerebos Pacific Limited is hereby granted exemption from tax on the income received in Singapore by the company from its wholly-owned New Zealand subsidiary, Cerebos Pacific Holdings (NZ) Limited, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 5th October 1999 addressed to the company.
