Revocation

Subregulation 1

The Income Tax (Concessionary Rate of Tax for Income of Life Insurance Companies Apportioned to Policyholders) Regulations (Rg 29) are revoked.

Subregulation 2

Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the revoked Regulations shall continue to apply in relation to any life insurance company for any year of assessment prior to the year of assessment 2006.
