Regulation 2

Definitions

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —“contracting party” means any State which is a party to the ReCAAP;“ISC” means the Information Sharing Centre established under the ReCAAP and located in Singapore;“professional staff” means any person assigned to the ISC by a contracting party with the consent of the Government;“ReCAAP” means the Regional Co-operation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery Against Ships in Asia;“registered owner” has the same meaning as in rule 2(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (Cap. 276, R 5).
