Qualification of witness

Regulation 6
A person is not permitted to attest a signature on a nomination under rule 2 unless —
(a)
he or she has attained 21 years of age and does not lack capacity within the meaning of section 4 of the Mental Capacity Act 2008; or
(b)
he or she is an employee of the Board.
