Regulation 12
Time for payment
The collector must pay to the Fund the estimated contribution in respect of a revenue payment made to a self‑employed person in the approved manner of payment mentioned in section 9B(5) of the Act, before the expiry of —
(a)
the end of the day on which the revenue payment was made to the self‑employed person; or
(b)
any longer period that the Board specifies in any particular case.
