Definition of this Part
Subregulation 1
In this Part, “securities” does not include shares in an approved corporation.
Subregulation 2
A reference in this Part to an application made by a member includes an application made on the member’s behalf by an approved agent bank with which the member has opened a CPF Investment Account.
