Regulation 9
Members who receive loan from Government, etc.
Subject to regulation 16, a member who has applied for a loan, or is receiving moneys, from the Government pursuant to any approved loan scheme under section 14A of the Act is not permitted to make any withdrawal for the purpose of investment or for any other purpose under these Regulations.
