Regulation 39A
General obligation to repay into Fund proceeds and benefits of securities
Except as otherwise provided by section 26B(3) of the Act or regulations 16(6), 23A, 24(3), 25(2), 31(4), 40(4) and 43, a member is obliged to repay into the Fund the proceeds and benefits of all securities purchased or acquired under these Regulations.
