Bankruptcy
Subregulation 1
Where a member is adjudicated a bankrupt after he or she has made an application to withdraw the whole or part of the available amount under these Regulations, the Board may, despite the member’s bankruptcy, permit withdrawals to be made for the payment of —
the securities purchased or acquired by the member pursuant to the application;
any brokerage, fees and other expenses incurred in the purchase, administration or sale of those securities which the member is required to pay; and
where the securities comprise or include any regular premium insurance policy or regular premium investment‑linked insurance policy purchased by the member under regulation 16, any future premium in respect of that regular premium insurance policy or regular premium investment‑linked insurance policy.
Subregulation 2
Any withdrawal under paragraph (1)(b) or (c) is subject to such terms and conditions as the Board may impose.
