Regulation 2
Definitions
In these Regulations —“disciplinary offence” means —
any contravention of or failure to comply with any provision of the Singapore Polytechnic (Students’ Union) Regulations (Rg 1) or the Singapore Polytechnic (Clubs) Regulations (Rg 2); or
any act, neglect or conduct prejudicial to good order or discipline;“Polytechnic” means the Singapore Polytechnic established under section 3 of the Act;“student” means a student of the Polytechnic, but does not include a member of the staff of the Polytechnic who is pursuing a course of study at the Polytechnic;“student disciplinary committee” means the committee constituted under regulation 4(1).
