Regulation 3
Code of conduct
Subregulation 1
The Principal may, from time to time, issue a code of conduct for governing the conduct of the students, and for maintaining and enforcing discipline among them.
Subregulation 2
The code of conduct must be published on the Internet website of the Polytechnic at https://www.sp.edu.sg.
Subregulation 3
A code of conduct issued under this regulation does not have legislative effect, but a contravention of or failure to comply with a provision of the code of conduct by a student may be relied upon to establish that the student has acted or neglected to act, or conducted himself or herself, in a way that is prejudicial to good order or discipline.
