Public Entertainments (Exemption) Order 2016 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation PEA-S227-2016 1958, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1958.
Citation and commencement
This Order is the Public Entertainments (Exemption) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 July 2016.
Exemption
Any arts entertainment organised by any of the following persons is exempt from section 4 of the Act:
National Gallery Singapore;
Singapore Art Museum; (c)Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre;
DesignSingapore Council.
Sub‑paragraph (1) does not apply to an arts entertainment provided —
in combination with any other public entertainment which is not an arts entertainment; or
in a specified establishment.
