Service of documents on bodies corporate
Service of a document upon a body corporate shall be effected by —
(a)
leaving it with the secretary of the body corporate;
(b)
tendering it to the secretary of the body corporate;
(c)
leaving it with any person apparently above 14 years of age at the registered office of the body corporate or, where the body corporate has filed an address for service, at that address; or
(d)
posting it in a prepaid registered letter to the secretary of the body corporate at the registered office of the body corporate or, where the body corporate has filed an address for service, at that address.
