Service of documents on trade unions and platform work associations
Service of a document upon a trade union or platform work association shall be effected by —
leaving it with the president, the secretary, the treasurer or other officer of the trade union or platform work association, as the case may be;
tendering it to the president, the secretary, the treasurer or other officer of the trade union or platform work association, as the case may be;
leaving it with a person apparently above 14 years of age at the registered office of the trade union or platform work association (as the case may be), or where the trade union or platform work association (as the case may be) has filed an address for service, at that address; or
posting it in a prepaid registered letter to the secretary of the trade union or platform work association (as the case may be) at the registered office of the trade union or platform work association (as the case may be) or, where the trade union or platform work association (as the case may be) has filed an address for service, at that address.
