Regulation 5

The allowance payable to a member of a board of inquiry, appointed under section 74 of the Act for the purposes of inquiring into any matter referred to it and who is not a public officer, is $50 for each day on which the board is engaged in inquiring into any such matter:Provided that half such allowance is to be paid where the board is engaged only in the morning or in the afternoon in inquiring into any such matter.
