Stamp of Court

Subregulation 1

There is to be a stamp bearing the crest of the Republic of Singapore and the words “The Stamp of the Industrial Arbitration Court — Singapore”.

The stamp must —

(a)

be in the custody of the Registrar; and

(b)

be affixed by the Registrar to all documents issued by him or her in relation to proceedings before the Court.
