The following are common causes of traffic accidents:

(a)

failing to keep a proper lookout;

(b)

failing to keep proper control of one’s vehicle;

(c)

failing to give way to traffic with the right of way;

(d)

changing lane without due care;

(e)

disobeying traffic light signals.
