Receipt of applications
Subregulation 1
No application shall be withdrawn after it has been received electronically by the bank.
Subregulation 2
Any application made electronically pursuant to a public notice received at a bank after such time and date as may be specified in the public notice shall be disregarded.
Subregulation 3
Applications may be received electronically at a bank during such times as may be specified in the public notice.
