Regulation 7

Every application pursuant to a public notice shall be lodged electronically with such bank and in such manner as may be specified by the Registrar.

Every application shall be accompanied by a deposit in such form and of such an amount expressed in the application as the Registrar may require.

Every application shall state the proposal amount, not being less than $1, offered by the applicant.

All applications shall be made in accordance with these Rules and such additional instructions as may be issued by the Registrar.
