Regulation 22
Subregulation 1
A motor vehicle owned by any of the persons in Malaysia mentioned in Part A of the Fifth Schedule shall be exempted from this Part.
Subregulation 2
The Registrar or an authorised officer may exempt from this Part any motor vehicle owned by any of the persons mentioned in Part B of the Fifth Schedule on application for exemption by such persons.
