Use of records kept by authorised officer
If —
(a)
a person bringing a vehicle out of Singapore fails to produce the vehicle entry card in relation to that vehicle for any purpose under this Part; or
(b)
information recorded on the vehicle entry card cannot be successfully retrieved for any such purpose,the Registrar or an authorised officer shall be entitled to rely on information in the records kept pursuant to rule 19(4) or 20(4) in relation to that vehicle.
