Regulation 7
Subregulation 1
A registration certificate containing such particulars as the Registrar may from time to time direct shall be issued to every owner of a motor vehicle in respect of which an international circulation permit is issued.
Subregulation 2
The registration certificate shall be produced for inspection by the owner at any time upon request by a police officer or any officer authorised in writing in that behalf by the Registrar.
