Citation and commencement
These Rules may be cited as the Women’s Charter (Community Service Order) Rules 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2011.

Citation and commencement
These Rules may be cited as the Women’s Charter (Community Service Order) Rules 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2011.
Duration for completion of community service
The community service to be performed by a person under a community service order shall be completed —
within a period of 6 months starting from the date the order is made; or
where the court is satisfied upon application by the person that it is impracticable or impossible for that person to complete the performance of the community service within a period of 6 months, within such longer period (in no case exceeding 12 months in total) starting from the date the order is made, as the court may allow.
