These Rules are the Women’s Charter (Programmes for Children — Prescribed Children) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 30 December 2022.

reg 2Children prescribed for section 132A(1) of Act

For the purpose of section 132A(1) of the Act, the prescribed class of children is children below 21 years of age.
